Opta’s world cup legends

For the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Opta wanted to create a 56-card collection of limited-edition trading cards featuring World Cup legends and the stats that they accumulated at their World Cup appearances.

Matt created all 56 cards as well as the box to store them in. Tens of thousands of cards were distributed at trade shows and events hosted by Opta.
